How we print

I use so-called thermal transfer for printing. This means that we apply the prepared graphics to the T-shirt at the prescribed temperature and pressure. We use several technologies to prepare the graphics.

Cut graphics

We cut the prepared design from colored iron-on transfer foil from the top Italian manufacturer Siter on a professional Roland GS24 plotter. Siter materials are used by common manufacturers and retailers of sportswear, such as Decathlon.

Printed graphics

We print the prepared design on foil, also from Siser, on a professional Eco Solvent plotter, Roland BN2-20A, and cut it to the desired shape if necessary.

DTF

In the case of larger series or more complex originals, we will provide pre-printing using modern DTF (direct to film) technology in cooperation with our partners.

Screen printing

In some cases, it is most advantageous to prepare the preprint using classic screen printing technology.

Each of the above technologies has its advantages and limitations. We choose the appropriate procedure based on the specific project.
